We are seeking a Digital customer acquisition Manager (Growth) to join our team. In this role, you’ll oversee strategy and execution of daily core customer acquisition campaigns across major digital channels.

In addition to managing our existing campaigns, you’ll be tasked with unlocking additional acquisition volume by discovering, vetting, and testing new channels.

In this role you will be responsible for the acquisitions metrics and outcome of SWEMEA (We will implement McClure’s AARRR metrics).
Given how fundamental this role is to the company’s B2C and B2B2C revenues and subscribers, we are looking for a proven talent who has experience managing high spend digital campaigns. Experience aside,
we’re looking for somebody who’s naturally curious, intuitive, and, most importantly, somebody who’s the epitome of “team player”.

• Implement the right data structure, trigger the right data in our systems and tools to efficiently manage customer acquisition and monetization via different channels (socials, marketing as product, AdWords, apps) for all direct to consumer products in our cluster (B2B2C and B2C). This includes all monetization models

• Keep AARRR McClure acquisition funnel kpi’s visible for the organization.

• Responsible for the efficient SAC in the cluster in relation to the LTV.

• Manages the LTV per subscriber and acquisition channel

• Manage the customer attribution models per channel in order to assign the right SAC and LTV.

• Work together with International product team to implement a UX/UI that optimizes Viacom products/subscriber’s growth.


• Previous working experience as a Marketing Growth analyst or manager for 4 year(s)
• In depth knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates
• Applicable knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools
• Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• High standards of excellence and attention to detail
• Understanding nonlinear dynamics between platforms (desktop, mobile, applications, social video platforms, consoles, OTTs, etc).
• Deep understanding and experience of social media.
• Knowledge of digital advertising and traffic, as well as digital analytics is essential for this
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Power Point, Excel and Word.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability and flexibility to adapt to changes in schedules and delivery.
• Advanced understanding of overall cross-platform attribution.
• Advanced Google Analytics and Adobe Marketing Cloud (Omniture/SiteCatalyst) .
• Excellent data analysis skills.
