Brand and Licensing Coordinator (f/m)

The Consumer Products Team analyses, develops and implements trade marketing and retail strategies and campaigns for all our brands. You will act as interface between TV stations, rights holders, chain stores and end consumers. That means you’re in the middle of Spongebob becoming a sticker on your cereal pack, the design of MTV Shirts or the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles turning into action figures.

Just the right job for you:

  • Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and LOBs (PR, marketing, online, research, ad sales etc.) and external clients at national and international level
  • Work on the implementation and localization of international franchise strategies
  • Coordinate PR feed: aligning with local and international PR teams & external licensing agency
  • Support all Marketing & Retail activities for the Brand Licensing Department
  • Prepare & coordinate local and international trade events
  • Keep an overview, collect and prepare relevant information for local sales materials (presentations, sell sheets etc.)
  • Conduct market research (online research, store checks, newsletters) and bring in your ideas for potential areas of growth and innovative sales and marketing concepts
  • Oversee and guide contract development and creative approval processes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively communicate risks and opportunities

That‘s why we want you:

  • Bachelor degree or a combination of relevant skills & experience
  • Solid Knowledge of marketing & retail mechanisms and instruments
  • Profound interest for brands, TV market, youth and Kids market and culture
  • Very good IT skills (MS Office, PowerPoint)
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines, to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
  • Creative solution finder, strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English & German
